4. Old Business
A. Appeals Process. Examine legal research provided by the Select Board. Try to develop suggestions for the timing of various steps in the appeals process – especially regarding requests for reconsideration of a decision of the Appeals Board.
B. Finalize our efforts to coordinate definitions in all of the current ordinances except the Roads Ordinance. The goal will be to formally adopt a report for forwarding to the Select Board. C. Continue work to develop a “Signs” ordinance for Otisfield. We expect to examine language from the Town of Newry and the Town of Mechanic Falls for insirpation.

The following are the remaining regularly scheduled OPRC meetings for 2016 and 2017. All meetings are held in the Town Office Building at 7:00 PM and are open to the public.
